Seiko Mens Chronograph Solar

The product is good but when I received it, looks like someone return it already and give it to me. The packaging is wrinkled the plastic are falling out and there’s a lot of lint on it. The warranty card is out in the box which is a little bit odd. No scratches on the watch but I hope they can make it look presentable next time.

Beautiful watch

It is a beautiful watch, but it is little heavy. My wife and me watched a video on youtube and try to adjust the bands by ourselves. It fits perfectly.

Not what I was as expecting

I recently purchased this watch online from Macy’s website. The watch itself is beautiful and Macys offered it at a great price. I liked ordering from Macys because they offered “free” watch sizing at their physical stores. The online ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. The watch arrived in great condition and I’m very pleased with the watch. What I’m not pleased with is when I went to get my watch sized, I was told by the Macy representative (at the store) we don’t know how to size it and to take it to a jewelry repair store at the mall. When I said I would be charged if I took it elsewhere and that according to the Macys policy my watch should be sized for free, the rep responded “maybe if I asked nice, the repair shop wouldn’t charge me”. Needless to say I’m less that pleased with the Macys service but very pleased with my “unsized” watch.
