Broke immediately

This dress is beautiful and I got so many compliments, but it literally broke before I left the house. The fabric disconnected from the gold piece in the middle and it’s very difficult to reattach because it’s like screwed in, not sewn to something. The only way I was able to wear it (because it was NYE and I had no backup outfit with me where I was staying), was by sewing a loop all the way around the gold piece and back into the fabric, making the thread very much visible
