Disappointed

Ear buds did not stay in my ears, even after changing sizes. I have no idea about the Sound Quality because I was not able to pair/connect to my Samsung phone. Instructions were not helpful. I googled instructions and those didn't work, either. I almost lost them before I even got to try them, because the case opened and they fell out on the floor. Totally frustrating. Returned.
