Not firm enough

I find this pillow way to soft and woke up with a sore neck.

Great firm pillow!

I prefer a firm pillow for side sleeping and this works for me. It is very firm, so it may not suit everyone. Also, it has no chemical oder, which I found to be a problem with some other pillows. Great price on sale!

SensorGel pillow

Bought this for my adult son. He has significant trouble sleeping and neck / shoulder pain and loved this pillow from the first time he used it! It is solid but soft and conforms to movement. I want one now!

Very hard pillow

The pillow is extremely hard. I was unable to sleep on it; returned it to the store after one night.

Nice pillow!

I bought this as a gift for my husband after we bought a new mattress. He says it's good, but he says it is sort of difficult to keep it under his head when he first lies down. It keeps cool throughout the night, but he doesn't seem super enthusiastic about it. I will try it out myself if he goes out for a night without me.
