Too soft not supportive

Although it has the cool touch and contour, it is too soft and makes my head almost flat on the bed. I tried to add another pillow or towels underneath but all options do not work well.

Can't sleep on my side

My neck doesn't hurt anymore. It's a good quality pillow, but I can't sleep comfortable on my side, because I can't put my hand underneath the pillow.

The pillow is not firm at all nor supports your neck.
