Best pillow and keeps cold

I bought this pillow a year and 7 months ago and it still is the best pillow I have ever owned. My goal was to find a pillow that was cold to the touch and comfortable all night long. It is still going strong after 19 months of using it. I’m not sure how often people replace pillows, but if I need to replace it then I will be buying this exact one. Thank y’all for a great product and offering discounts on it.

Too soft not supportive

Although it has the cool touch and contour, it is too soft and makes my head almost flat on the bed. I tried to add another pillow or towels underneath but all options do not work well.

Can't sleep on my side
