They are to hard. I was looking for a soft pillow like the serta.

Comfortable

I am more than impressed with this pillow. It does not collapse but does have just enough softness to produce a good comfort level. If you can catch it on sale as I did you will find it a tremendous great buy. Provides a great nights sleep.

Excellent, Pillow

This is the same type of pillow I bought 10 years ago. Now it has improved and even gotten better I would recommend this pillow.

The best pillow I have ever used.

A good pillow does depend on how you sleep and I can only speak for myself as a back sleeper. this is hands down my favorite pillow that I have ordered more to have two on my bed and one spare for traveling. it is not your typical experience - it’s very firm and the memory foam confirms to your head quite closely. Over a bit of time, the pillow will shape a. bit around how you sleep and use it so it does loosen up, but it does remain firm. I had not tried anything this firm before but it’s important to give it a few days to really see how it affects your sleep. after a few nights, I sleep so well. no neck pain, no back pain and i believe it stops me from moving around too much during the night. I also sleep with my head towards the top of the pillow and allow a bit of my neck and the top of my shoulders to rest on the pillow. this adds a lot of support. despite taking some time to get used to, I sleep so well that I bring one along for travel since I dislike using other pillows now.

This pillow was hard and not comfortable at all. Had to return immediately. It was cool but too hard on the neck.
