So bad. Do not buy. Huge regret

This is a terrible bed topper. The fibers form big clumps.

The fiber filling may have bunched up in certain areas while in the packaging, but this topper does have a baffle box design so fluffing it to redistribute the fill may help where it has clumped. Didnt like, thought it had some memory in it, it doesn't, more like a blanket

Had to return it...felt like we were in a hole!

I truly wanted to love this bed topper because of the cooling gel beads. My husband has turned away a previous one I purchased that I loved because he was too hot. However, this topper made you feel like you were in a hole and couldn't turn over. In between the pillow indentations there is no filler and it becomes very uncomfortable after a few nights sleep. Your body makes an imprint and it stays. I'm returning this and looking for a new one.

Finally found a great topper

and this does exactly what I needed personally. Comfort level is wonderful; keeps me cool (so far - haven't used in summertime yet and I live in So Florida). Good time to try it out at Christmas with the prices and coupons. Still using it. Stitching, quality of materials are all 5 star. Since I have major back and muscle issues, I am finding this mattress gives me just enough support and comfort. Al

wasn't what we thought

I bought this for my daughter, when we got it, it wasn't at all how it was described online, Macy's was great and we retuned it and got another.

Terrible

This mattress topper is lumpy the very thick. It make my bed about 4 inches taller and was very uncomfortable and lumpy.
