After reading the marvelous reviews I thought I would love my new mattress pad. I usually buy the Hotel brand which has 59 ounces of fill in their queen size mattress pad compared to this which only has 39 ounces of fill, a huge difference. The Hotel brand also has a cotton backing, this is polyester. After washing this mattress pad according to the label, the backing had millions of little fuzz balls stuck all over it! I am not a happy camper and unless I feel like spending an hour pulling those balls off (only to have them return again when it is laundered again) I will be returning...

I've had this pad a couple of months now and can tell the difference after all this time as i did when i first opened the gel pad. That is very significant because it is withstanding the test of time and that is pretty cool.

I have a mattress pad but this one gives nice comfortable Cushion. I already have a pillow top mattress and this just added more comfort while sleeping... worth the buy.
