My birthday gift, it not working properly

This was my birthday gift, and it's not working properly. Tier malfunction, calling the manufacturer and have been on hold for 25 minutes. Called Macy's customer service all they did was give me the mnubmer to the manufacturer because they can't ship me a replacement.

wasted money

Works as long as I keep starting it but won’t diffuse on its own. Definitely wasted my money on this one. Imm

Amazing

I am pleasantly impressed. This Homedics version is just as good as the fancier, more expensive brand. I have this one and the high end one. The only difference I can say is the oil release mist from the Homedics device is not as fine as the other brand. That doesn’t bother me. The oil scent I purchased, Parisian Affair, isn’t my favorite. I am sticking to the other brand. I plan to purchase another device. For those who say the device shuts off after a few minutes, it’s not shutting off. It’s the normal function. The oil is concentrated that only a few mists throughout the day is necessary. Also helps to persevere the oil as replacements are not cheap.
