Problem Mattress

I sleep on the left side of the mattress and it is caving in. I turn the mattress 180 degrees and that side is caving in. I purchased on 08/12/2023 and I expected much more padding and structure for this mattress. I need a pro-rated refund or a new firm mattress.

Good Night's Sleep

Excellent relief from hip/leg pain the first night I slept on this mattress. I was able to sleep well and got a great night's rest. I have shared this experience with friends and family, and have encouraged to buy Serta.
