Bunching on left side after 6 months

I bought this top replace a 3 year old mattress. Nothing wrong with the mattress just thought this one would be even more comfortable. Not. About the same. I noticed at 4 months the top was looking stretched on the left side. At six months it's noticeable raised and has a lump. its in the area of your back, which is strange, because I'm a side sleeper. Its almost 9 months and I want to return it. My last mattress still looks brand new and doesnt have any wear. I put it in the guest bedroom. Thank goodness.

Problem Mattress

I sleep on the left side of the mattress and it is caving in. I turn the mattress 180 degrees and that side is caving in. I purchased on 08/12/2023 and I expected much more padding and structure for this mattress. I need a pro-rated refund or a new firm mattress.
