It is not what is advertised

The mattress that is advertised is definitely not what you will receive in my experience it is the contrary. Macys offers a plush mattress and I received a hard mattress. It ended up in a hassle to get my refund plus I paid extra for delivery and pickup of the mattress. Lesson learned for me never again online purchases for a mattress. Bad experience!
