Rough and itchy

Strange. Idk if I got a returned one or what but this was rough, flat and scratchy. Super disappointed.

Dont have blanket never arrived

Never received blanket, its been over a month since ordering, delivery date changes weekly. Now in January.

Pretty good

We've been enjoying turning it on before we get ready for bed, so we can enjoy crawling into a warm bed. It's good for that. The highest setting is not very hot but warm enough. It's a little thin, but that will make it easier to wash. Hopefully it will hold up. I appreciate the 5-years warranty. I'd buy it again.

Horrible experience NOT purchasing from Macys

I never received the blanket! Macy's sent it to the UPS store and not my home and the UPS store sent it back to store claiming someone denied purchase which is not true. I tried to contact Macys and every this is automated. I just wanted the blanket and not the refund. They told me they would send it out but I would not receive it before Christmas! Trying to get a hold of a live rep was exhausting! They did not help at all! Why was blanket sent to UPS and not home address

Electric blanket

I tried the blanket out to see if all was working okay. It seemed to heat up quickly. It had a fuzzy backing to it.
