Horrible experience NOT purchasing from Macys

I never received the blanket! Macy's sent it to the UPS store and not my home and the UPS store sent it back to store claiming someone denied purchase which is not true. I tried to contact Macys and every this is automated. I just wanted the blanket and not the refund. They told me they would send it out but I would not receive it before Christmas! Trying to get a hold of a live rep was exhausting! They did not help at all! Why was blanket sent to UPS and not home address

Electric blanket

I tried the blanket out to see if all was working okay. It seemed to heat up quickly. It had a fuzzy backing to it.

Great addition to sleep

This was a great purchase and I’m so glad I found such a good sale! The king size is perfect for 2 people to comfortably share, though it does need to plugged in separately on both sides (I cannot vouch for the other sizes, also I don’t know if other king size electric blankets are also like this) so there is a lot of wiring around the bedroom! The cords are extremely long so not an issue if your outlets are not super close. I did think it would get a bit hotter, but I’m used to an electric heating pad and that’s probably not a great comparison. We love plugging it in and letting it warm up the bed before we go to sleep. 10 heat settings and a timer are also great additions!

Serta Electric Blanket

The blanket comes in a vacuum packed bag. It truly does not look like a king sized blanket but when you take it out of the vacuum seal, the blanket expands to the correct size. The blanket comes with two controllers, which will eliminate a lot of the its too cold or too hot conversations. The blanket has a great feel and seems to be lightweight. I believe the overall quality to be very good.
