This mattress is perfect. It's comfortably firm with just the right amount of cush. No wiggling when you move, and the edges are strong, no sagging. I don't know why we didn't get this mattress years ago, the price was excellent, I looked at a lot of mattresses and our sales woman,Peggy, was so helpful. Thank you Macy's!

Don’t like when you see where you slept at on the mattress , almost like you had it for years and it’s only been a few weeks

If you bought a gel topper & put it on your floor you can try out this mattress. I love firm mattresses, but this is unbelievably firm. I wonder what Macy's does with the mattresses someone returns bc this 1 feels used. Night 1 the right side was A LOT flatter with no cushioning where the upper body would lie, so much so that my legs were elevated. It's a struggle to get out of bed or to turn from 1 side to the other bc of that. If I sleep all night on 1 side, I have difficulty walking when I 1st get up & my hip hurts all day; I am a younger person, FYI. If my 2 under 20lb dogs lie on the bed with me it feels like the scene from the original 'Nightmare on Elm Street' when the guy is getting sucked through the bed; no, I'm not super fat. This is all with box spring bought at same time. You can't even sit on the side of the bed according to the care instructions. Due to $, returned & ordered a Serta plush mattress & will see how that goes. Will update if used theory is to the contrary.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
