Take your business elsewhere !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought this bed after going in the store and working with a saleswoman. She assured me that when they came to deliver the item, it would be assembled and put inside of my bed frame, however, that was anything but the case. On the day of my “ white glove delivery” two men showed up, very late and did not speak any English. They brought the item upstairs to the room we pointed to where it was going and when we told them what they were doing, they did not speak any English to communicate with us. Extremely frustrating. They just kept saying no, I had the feeling they were in a rush because they were running so late and didn’t want to do anything but get back on the road. They then got on the phone with somebody in an office somewhere who is in charge of the deliveries, and after speaking, Spanish to the woman, the woman told me over speakerphone that the men were not allowed to touch our existing bed. This was extremely frustrating as this was for an elderly person who is very sick and how much effort it took us to get them out of bed and clear the room for the day of the delivery only to find out that they would not put it together for us, unlike what we were specifically told at the store. After an extremely frustrating, communication or lack of with their delivery men I was left with no choice but to refuse delivery and send the item back. Next I had to go to MattressFirm and buy one there. It came 48 hours later and was installed by two amazing men who did it very quickly and easily inside my existing bedframe like anyone else would expect. Terrible experience.

Think Twice…..Disappointed

Horrible! Start making. squeaking noise on the second day after delivery! Was directed to contact Serta directly. Going through the process and have to have a Serta come and check out the frame BUT had to send a video, copy of receipt, etc….in order to get the ball rolling. Just doesn’t make sense for a $750.00 frame that’s less that 2 days old! Very Disappointing with both Macys and Serta!

Disappointed

I actually thought I was buying a base that when the head was raised the bed moved back towards the headboard. This base does not do that. This is a very basic version. I have not contacted Macy's yet. Maybe they will let me swap it.

Motion Air Adjustable Base

Love the adjustable base and works well. No issues with assembly. Trying to locate the headboard brackets. The website should have an accessory category to purchase!

This bed changed my life

This is a wonderful bed frame. It has a remote to adjust head and feet separately. It goes together easily. It is heavy, but it provides comfort and support like no other. It is perfect for sleeping with the head raised to relieve symptoms of sinus drainage, COPD breathing problems, and the foot adjustment helps so much with those pesky leg cramps and swelling. I bought it in December of 2021 and I have been pleased ever since. It still works great and requires no maintenance. Buy it -- you'll love it.

Squeaky

The adjustable frame seems unstable and from day one ….the darn thing squeaks like a mice! Just don’t move in bed. 😤

quit working in less than 3 weeks

Purchased the motion air base online in May. Had to wait until mid July for delivery. The base has quit working in less than 3 weeks time. I called customer support and have to start a warranty claim. Hopefully the claim process will not take as long as the initial delivery.
