Comfortable!

My new mattress is just what I needed, firm but comfortable. The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I made my choice!

Had to cancel a sale and shop elsewhere

I planned on making a simple purchase of a mattress and boxspring set in the south Florida store. I met with the sales lady who seemed to be nice and seemed to listen to my needs and had some knowledge. After making the purchase with my Macys card, I noticed on my receipt that there was no delivery date to my dismay. I called the store and spoke to the saleslady she informed me I had to call customer service myself. I relunctantly called and they informed me that my order wouldnt be filled for at least 35 days! This was unacceptable so I asked what can I do next I was told to cancel and reselect another mattress set. Honestly I was so turned off by the whole process having been a retail Merchandise manager myself thirty years ago, I felt this was a totally mishandled sale so I cancelled the sale and shopped elsewhere. SALESPERSONS NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH COMPLETELY FROM THE START OF SALE TO THE CUSTOMERS TIMELY DELIVERY.

Mattress is working out great. I was not happy with the white glove service. The men delivering were polite but had no idea what white glove service was. They did not even have clean booties. When I showed them the store description of White Glove, they laughed.

No regrets- this is a great mattress!

Bought this mattress about a month ago and absolutely love it! It's firm, yet very comfortable and soft (not like sleeping on a floor!). The delivery guys were fantastic- set up the mattress and removed the old one very efficiently. I can't believe how inexpensive this mattress was- I've paid more for mattresses from Mattress Firm that were of a much lesser quality (NEVER shopping there for mattresses again!!!)

Do your homework first before buying. Offer came through with huge savings something like 50% off, only to find that the exact product was available directly through Serta a bit cheaper than the price I paid through Macy*s. Don't be fooled by what the name of the product is. While the name of the product differs, the basic product is exactly the same. My parents always told me Macy*s was the place to shop, don't believe the hype. They have traded quality and standards for deception.

Well… I have to say the customer service from Mr. Gabe Gutierrez was nothing less than awesome! At this time I cannot rate the mattress as it will not be delivered until the 15th of this month. Looking forward to my new bed!!!
