Very disappointed
I wasn't sure about it after about the first couple of months but thought it was too late to return, based on what I was told. Then it started to roll into the center and I have had to sleep on the outside edges alternating every couple of nights, still holding myself from the center. I just checked again about the return policy and it says I had up to 120 days. I would have returned it by then if I knew I had that much time! Someone told me thirty days, then ninety days, all different information! I am very unsatisfied with the bed and the return policy told to me. Looks like I am stuck with a bed that I will be 'rolling around' in. (I'm not including a picture because the pattern of the fabric hides the dent in the middle.)

misleading description
We spent several months researching for a firm mattress to replace our 10 year old one. We wanted something extra firm or firm. We decided to go for the same one our adult child has, which is 8 years old and still as good as new. However, this new one is NOT at all like that one. It is soft. We sink in it. The sinking began the first night. It was NOT an improvement from our old mattress, just as waste of money. One good thing was the white glove delivery. Exceptional service

If there is a defect, then you can begin a warranty claim. Please contact your retailer about beginning a warranty claim and potentially having your mattress replaced. If the mattress is simply uncomfortable and you are within your sleep trial period, we recommend asking your retailer about potentially returning or exchanging the mattress for something that will give you the great sleep you are looking for.

WHY? Because I've owned it for one month. The edges have become so soft that sleepers grasp onto the sheets lest they slide off the mattress and crash onto the floor! A sleeper cannot pivot their feet onto the floor to get out of bed without sliding off and crashing onto the floor. This is a dangerous product because someone could break a hip. Surely Macy's (and Serta) knew about the problem, and have casualty insurance.

I purchased my Serta mattress at Macy's and it was delivered on May 27, 2925. We slept on the mattress less than a month and we noticed that it was sagging and not comfortable. I was required to have someone inspect it on June 24, 2025, before I could return the mattress at no cost to me. According to Macy's disclosure customer's may return mattresses within 30 days of purchase and/or 120 days (comfort) guarantee clause. I'm waiting to hear back from Macy's on when the mattress can be picked up by Macy's employees.

This is the worst mattress. It has completely broken down and is now swaying and has deep pockets in it It is worse than the one I replaced that was 20+ years old. I would never buy it or recommend it to anyone.

I tried to return but I was not able to. This is too firm. I wake up in more pain every morning since we bought it.

Cool and Supportive Sleeping Platform
After a week of sleeping on this, it truly does feel like the perfect sleeper. I’m predominantly a stomach sleeper and spend a little time on my side. Hubby is predominately a back sleeper, and also spends some time on his side. Somehow, this mattress works for both of us. It sleeps noticeably cooler than our previous (Casper memory foam). It IS a firm mattress, with just a touch of “cloud-like” give from the pillow top. Will see how it breaks in over the next few months, but so far, we are both happy with this purchase.
