WHY? Because I've owned it for one month. The edges have become so soft that sleepers grasp onto the sheets lest they slide off the mattress and crash onto the floor! A sleeper cannot pivot their feet onto the floor to get out of bed without sliding off and crashing onto the floor. This is a dangerous product because someone could break a hip. Surely Macy's (and Serta) knew about the problem, and have casualty insurance.

I purchased my Serta mattress at Macy's and it was delivered on May 27, 2925. We slept on the mattress less than a month and we noticed that it was sagging and not comfortable. I was required to have someone inspect it on June 24, 2025, before I could return the mattress at no cost to me. According to Macy's disclosure customer's may return mattresses within 30 days of purchase and/or 120 days (comfort) guarantee clause. I'm waiting to hear back from Macy's on when the mattress can be picked up by Macy's employees.

This is the worst mattress. It has completely broken down and is now swaying and has deep pockets in it It is worse than the one I replaced that was 20+ years old. I would never buy it or recommend it to anyone.

The salesperson at the store and the employees who delivered our mattress provided very good customer service. They were professional and friendly. The price was a great deal too. We are happy with our mattress and sleeping comfortably. Thank you Macy's!

There is nothing I like about this set up. The height of this mattress is higher than any mattress I’ve owned or slept on in hotels. It’s so firm my husband had to get an extra pillow topper which made the set up even higher. Not even sure if a king sheet will fit this bed. Not a fan. I’ll do better on measuring specs on my next order.

The mattress is firm, as it should be, but not hard as a rock. I was concerned about it being too stiff but the pillow top makes it perfectly comfortable to sleep on. My husband needs a firm mattress to support his back and I prefer medium support. We’ve had the mattress for about 3 weeks. After the 1st night my back was a bit sore but the 2nd night was great. No pain whatsoever and I feel well rested. I think this one’s a keeper, and for the price we definitely can’t complain.
