Sinking

The mattress, which I've only had less than 6 months, has a depression that has not recovered. It is right where my hips are. I am normal weight, (185 lbs), and there's no reason this should happen. I paid a lot of money for this mattress, and I'm going to seek a refund.

Not as firm as expected

We tried this mattress out in the store, loved the feel. When we got it delivered, my wife and I both said this ain’t as firm as the one in the store was. A little disappointing but decent mattress overall

Edges Are Not Supportive

I bought this mattress online because it was a premium product with a known manufacturer. It's awful. The edges are not supportive, so if someone sits on the side, feet on the floor, the edge collapses and the sitter can slide off. The same issue causes it to be difficult to get out of the bed. I will have to "demote" it to a rarely used guest room. Do not buy.
