just firm mattress the first 4 months

I am not sure if the mattress i received is defective but this mattress has become a issue for my family, I am a big guy and i want a firm mattress but this one is giving me a lot of issues with my body, back pain, low back pain, sciatic pain and neck pain, i went to chiropractic, and doctors and after some time we found that the problem was this mattress, now i was resigned and been sleeping for almost 1 year in the floor or the living room couch because if i sleep in my bed i wake up with pain, is suppose this mattress is firm, but is not, also i spend a good money on it because i want a quality product but now i am disappointed, gladly i found online that SERTA have 10 years warranty, so i will ask for a change of mattress or for a refund because i don't want this mattress anymore.

One not firm as the other

Bought of the exact same mattress but one is not as firm as the other. It’s very noticeable when you sit or lie on it.

Not as firm as they say it is in the description. The edge of the bed sags low when you sit or lay down.
