terrible mattress

It's like I'm sleeping in a hole! There is a terrible sink in the mattress. I contacted Macys within 3 months of purchase. Inspector said it wasn't sufficiently sunken for Macys to take action. I have never been contacted by Macys after the visit. Now it is 9 months later and the mattress is totally sunken. Rotation doesn't help as it does not bounce back. It's not even like I'm heavy! I weigh 135lbs at 5'6"! Worst, most disappointing purchase ever!!

One not firm as the other

Bought of the exact same mattress but one is not as firm as the other. It’s very noticeable when you sit or lie on it.

Mattress Not Medium Firm

Mattress is very soft, nowhere near being medium firm.

A Medium Firm mattress would be designed to be much firmer than this one. If you are still within your return or exchange window we recommend contacting your original purchasing store and doing so so you can get onto a firmer mattress that can better meet your sleep needs.
