Box spring has a tear in it.

New mattress and box spring delivered today. The bottom of the boxspring had a large tear in it, as well as a good sized hole in the plastic that covered it. It was possibly damaged by the delivery people when they brought the set into my home. I could see it right away... but, they said they didn't notice it until I mentioned it. I was told that Macy's would reach out to me so we shall see. I hope that they will send someone to either fix or replace it.
