Feel like Cushion Firm.

It took a while to ship but it was worth the wait. The mattress is firm but cushioned just right. It’s not so firm that you feel like your sleeping on a tough mattress but firm that it doesn’t move someone beside you. You wake up feeling rested and not with your body aching. I love it. I’d buy another one in the future.

Worst firm mattress ever

I recently bought this mattress set from you. I ordered it in May, and it wasn't delivered until a few days ago. I was very excited to finally have the mattress of my dreams. BUT, I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase. My new California king size mattress buckles in on each side of the bed, as if it has already been slept on previously for a long period of time. Each of the four mattress edges also cave in when I sit on the side of the bed, and I am not a large person. There was also a dirt stain on the bottom of the mattress when it was brought to my home for delivery. The mattress was supposed to be Firm, but it is the plushiest, softest mattress I have ever slept on which is definitely not something I wanted. I reached to Macy's but have not received a reply yet. I am severely disappointed with the quality of this bed and with Macy's.
