I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

The best night of sleep I have had in quite a while!
Replaced my old, uneven, pokey mattress with this one and the difference was as clear as night and day! I'm very happy with this product.

After reading the reviews I thought I would get the most comfortable mattress ever. I was wrong
After reading the reviews I thought I would get the most comfortable mattress ever. I was wrong. I first ordered the Perfect Sleeper Renewed Sleep pillow top firm. All the talk on the description about pressure-relieving comfort and support with the special layers. It just felt like a very firm mattress - no give. I exchanged for the Luminous sleep 3-layers of comfort without the pillowtop thinking maybe the pillowtop was infringing on all that pressure relieving comfort and the medium firmness. I was wrong again. I did not feel any pressure relief comfort, still feels very firm even thought the firmness is "medium" and no cooling effect noticed. Basically, it is a good mattress. Nothing special. It is no more comfortable than my old firm pillowtop by Beautyrest. It is also not clear that the 120-day trial only applies to the first mattress you buy. If you exchange it, you get what you get. Serta is obviously a good quality brand. Just note, the whole pressure relief comfort is not there, at least in the two I received. I personally do not feel it was worth the money. Perhaps the plush firmness would be different, but I can no longer exchange.

Great mattress, softens up
We bought a king in the medium firmness. I need a firm mattress due to neck pain and lower back/hip pain. I’m 40 and struggle with being sensitive to pillows and beds. So when we first bought this it was pretty firm. I liked the firmness but wanted a softer top feeling so I bought a thin cotton topper. It worked great. The mattress has a firm feeling and feels like a spring mattress. I am able to move easily on it, which I like. I hate foam because I feel like I can’t move. After about a month now it has softened up slightly where we sleep and it bothers me. So I’ll likely exchange this for the firm. My husband doesn’t notice it at all and is still comfortable. I may be the princess and the pea person. Sleeping on my side my shoulders don’t hurt and my hips don’t hurt, but sleeping on my back it’s just a little too soft and I get lower back pain and middle rib pain. So I think this is a good mattress if you like a medium firm feeling. Hope this helps.

My Body Loves This Bed!
I slept on this mattress last night for the first time. I woke up this morning and my body felt GREAT! Normally, my back and neck hurt a little when I wake up, but I felt no pain and felt like I got a good nights sleep! I love the firmness of this mattress and how well it supports my body! It's very comfortable and I love that it helps cool my body down with cooling technology! This mattress is very thick, so if you have a box spring, this mattress will sit high up, which is great for me!

What an upgrade from my old mattress!
This mattress is amazing and a huge upgrade from my old mattress. My old mattress was almost twenty years old so I was way overdue for a replacement. I was having trouble falling asleep at night and when I would wake up I was always feeling stiff and sore and hard to get moving in the morning. This new mattress feels so supportive on my lower back and neck and I'm falling asleep faster and not waking up several times a night having to toss and turn to find a comfortable spot to fall back asleep. When I wake up in the morning my body isn't sore or stiff I feel really relaxed and rested and ready to get moving and start my day. This mattress is a lot thicker than my old one too so I can tell it is a lot more supportive and comfortable. When I bought my old mattress I was just starting out in my early 20s and now that I am in my early 40s I can see the real benefits of having a new and much better made mattress. This mattress also keeps me a lot cooler at night when I'm sleeping. I can now sleep with a sheet and blanket and not wake up halfway through the night hot and sweaty. But overall the fact that my lower back isn't sore every morning and I'm sleeping and resting through the night has to be my favorite part of having this awesome new mattress. I couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of this mattress.

Unbelievably Amazing!
This Luminous Sleep mattress is unbelievably amazing! I picked the choice of medium for the comfort feel. I love how plush this is, yet it is still firm. I have had nothing but incredible sleep since receiving this mattress and my the pain in my back has been reduced dramatically. This is made solid and durable, which will last a very long time. I like the HeiQ V-Block™ technology that this has to kill any microorganisms on it. It's great that any motion isn't transferred and it provides a cooling, sweet sleep.
