This mattress has not lasted 1 year

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

Good quality

I received this bed about 2 weeks ago. I ordered the luminous sleep plush. I had read many reviews about the softness of the bed and how comfy it was so I was so excited to finally get it. Well…. Mine is horrible. It is so hard I cannot sleep on it. I made it through one night but tossed and turned and woke up several times. When I woke up my back and hips hurt worse than ever. So disappointing. It seems like it’s is made really well and that it will last for awhile so for someone who likes a hard bed it would be great. I am assuming that mine was just manufactured incorrectly.

This Mattress hugs you!

Never had a had mattress hug me while I sleep. Super soft but strangly very supportive. I sleep cooler on this mattress than my last. I used to toss and turn during the night, not anymore. This mattress is made with great quality and would highky recommend if you have back issues from working hard all day! I love my Serta!

Great comfort. Awesome nights sleep no back pain

This mattress provides great support and is super soft. I got the most comfortable nights sleep and woke up with no back pain like I usually do. O happy with this mattress would love o replaceme all mattresses in our home with this kind.

Plush Sleep

The bed is by far the best bed I have had in my life. The plush feel is as though I sleep on pillowy clouds every night. I ordered the Luminous sleep plush because our old mattress was just too stiff and hard. This mattress makes me want to just lay in bed all day. Besides it being very plush, this mattress is very thick. Definitely didn't need a box spring. My bed is so tall now I need a step stool to get on my bed. Im 5'1 so its very much needed. With me now being pregnant its a must that I have a soft bed to sleep on, for comfort. My only downside is the mattress is so thick an deep, non of me original bed sheet for a queen size bed fit properly. But overall I love this mattress perfectly for what I wanted, something comfortable and soft.
