Horrible Mattress
We bought this at the end of Last January, Mattress was fine until 5 after, both of our sides are sinking. When I even sit on the bed, I sink, I can't really get up. Together we don't weight more than 320. This is absolutely ridiculous & Ludacris. We are so upset. It took us a few Mattress stores and time to pick this mattress that we thought we loved.

This mattress has not lasted 1 year
I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

DO NOT PURCHASE unless u link sinking into a hole
Purchased a king in late November. By December, we had both noticed that there is an indention on each side of the mattress where we sleep. Other reviewers mentioned sinking into a hole. That is exactly what it feels like. I dislike this mattress very much. One positive thing - I love the height.

HORRIBLE bed!! Within3 months, we had a several inch deep hole indention where our bodies sleep.
Very disappointed in this bed!! It has a very large indention to make us both roll in to the middle of the bed. Waste of money!!

Sinks in after short period
Bought this mattress 6 months ago. It was wonderful at first. But now it is sunken in, and isn't reinflating. It feels like a waste now as the topper is now uneven and sloping and degrades my sleep.

Sleeping in a Hole
At first you think this is the most comfortable mattress you have ever layed on. But in the middle of the night, it feels like you have sunken down into a hole. It's difficult to even get back out of the bed. I am very disappointed, and now in the process of returning.
