Very comfortable not too hard or too soft

I purchased this from Macy's a year ago. Honestly, this is probably the worst purchase I've ever made. This bed is awful. I should have returned it before the return window ended. It felt great when we first set it up, but within a few months, we woke up with sore hips and backs. The top layer collapses shortly after you lie down, making it very uncomfortable when shifting positions. We just returned from vacation where the bed was a cheap Sealy innerspring, but it felt like a dream compared to this. There is a huge lump that runs vertically down the center of the bed after less than a year of use. The reviews were so mixed that it was hard to know what to expect. Don't waste your money.
