Firm mattress

Length of ownership1 year or longer

This mattress has not lasted 1 year

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

Not Extra firm

Very cumfy. I was expecting it to be a little more firm given that it says Extra firm. It's still a nice bed. But don't expect Extra firm.
