I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

I have a sensitive back so need a mattress that is firm and supportive, and it seems that I have finally found the perfect one! I was worried that an extra firm mattress would be too hard, but it has a plush top that is soft without feeling like you’re sinking in. I usually change positions sometime during the night and it has been great so far for back and side sleeping. Looking forward to many more nights on this mattress!

Described as 'extra firm', but has a great initial softness as you lay down with a firm supportive feeling that you ultimately settle into - accurately described as cradling the body. Has been a great upgrade to our old mattress.

When my wife and o got our first house we also needed a new mattress and this has been amazing to have. The delivery was super easy too. Definitely recommend it for anyone

After about year of use, I noticed that the top cover of the mattress, mostly in the middle was coming loose from the material below it. This wasn't that big of a deal, it would just kind of bunch up a bit. However, after 1.5 years, I've discovered what seems to be a gap or tear in the pad just below the cover. It's about 2 feet long, and maybe a few inches wide, just about centered in the mattress running length-wise. It's very uncomfortable as it's right where I sleep. Unfortunately for me, I can't find my receipt so I'm not sure if it is covered under the warranty.

I can't tell you how many mattresses I have had over the years. This is the best mattress I've have found for my bad back and the first one I can sleep on for more than 3 or 4 hours. And the best part is it did 'not' come rolled up in a box with the life sucked out of it. I just wish I could buy another one. I am unable to find this anymore. Very sad about that.

My fiance and I were sleeping on a 10 year old mattress that started giving us back and neck pain around year 8. Finally we decided to get a new one. We found this Serta Perfect Sleeper to be the best mattress of the ones we tried that we both agreed on. We both slept great for the first 3 months! Going on month 4 and my side has a sink hole in it. The back and neck pains have returned. I also wake up feeling like I was kicked in the ribs, as taking a deep breath in the morning hurts. I'm not a huge guy. I'm 180lbs and this thing has a sink hole already. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
