I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

Disappointed
I am so disappointed. We ordered our first mattress and it came with a hole on the right side. Serta approved our claim and replaced it. The new mattress is clearly deficient in the same exact spot there was a hole on the original. There is clearly a structural issue with the mattress. It felt amazing for the first 2 months, but now 4 months in there is a 2” sag on the right side that does not return to level even when not bearing weight. It is so uncomfortable, you are literally laying in a hole! We have the required frame and support as well. I had such high hopes and am so disappointed it has failed in just 4 months.

Perfect comfort level
We are moving my almost 3 year old into his own room. He has been in a toddler bed but we wanted a bed that could grow with him and also serve as a guest bed if needed. So a queen size was the perfect option. That way as he gets older he has plenty of bed space left. Now he isn't too picky about how a bed feels yet but he definitely does prefer some softness. This is the perfect comfort level. It isn't overly soft to where you sink into the mattress too much. But it isn't overly firm to where it feels rock hard. It is the perfect level of in between. There is some firmness but it also cradles your body. It is a thicker mattress so I prefer using king size fitted sheets on it so they stay put better. Overall this is a well made mattress. I have napped on it with my toddler quite a bit and always wake up refreshed. Now wanting to replace our king size mattress with one just like it. My bed hurts my back. This one does not.

Comfortable and supportive
I had a mattress that was 3 months old , it was comfortable but after being burned badly I could not get my arms comfy had to use extra pillows for support. When this mattress was delivered I was really hoping it would be better and it was. With the 3 layers of memory foam, gel layer, pillow top and coils I had so much support and could sleep without pillows under my arms. I haven't been able to lay flat for so long I forgot how comfortable it was. You don't get hot and yo stay cool all night Pillow top is like sleeping on a cloud. Mattress is well made in the USA. A must have for anyone needing a goodnight's sleep..

So Comfortable!
The Renewed Sleep Plush mattress is absolutely heavenly! It cradles you when you lay down. It absolutely keeps you cool at night, and helps you sleep like a baby! I like the height of the mattress, it’s just right! It has helped me get a better nights sleep. I can’t remember the last time that I have woke up feeling so refreshed! I used to wake up with backaches, and feeling groggy. I just can’t believe the difference it has made! It offers the best support! I actually look forward to going to bed now! I would highly recommend this mattress if you are looking for a great nights sleep!

Like sleeping on a cloud.
The Serta Renewed Sleep plush mattress is like going to the heavens and laying on the perfect cloud. The mattress has great height to it and perfect form. The first night made me feel like I have been sleeping on a brick for my whole life. My wife is small, and I am a big guy. We both lie perfectly as if the bed is inviting us in for a cuddle. After a week, I still have that same fresh feeling every night I climb in for bed. I highly recommend upgrading. Do not sell yourself short and let this mattress pass you by.
