Do not buy

Bed starting sinking in less than a month after using it. It was replaced 3 times and finally returned.

This mattress has not lasted 1 year

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

I had a previous model of this same mattress for 20 years and finally got a new one. Wow! Even better now.

Worst mattress

I bought a serta perfect sleeper pillow top queen in September 2021,it was not delivered until the middle of October. IT IS THE WORST MATTRESS I HAVE EVER OWNED. THE EDGES HAVE COLLAPSED, THERE IS A RIDGE IN THE MIDDLE AND THE LEFT SIDE IS PITCHED SO THE PILLOW AND I SLIDE OFF THE BED. I AM WONDERING IF THERE IS A WARRANTY ON THIS MATTRESS? I wish I had my old one back. I am 81 and my back kills me in the morning. I EXPECTED BETTER FROM A QUALITY NAME BRAND

Amazing!

This mattress is absolutely amazing. I have been using it for about a month now and my husband definitely agrees with me that this is the best bed we've ever had which I'd like to say our last Mattress was a serta pillow top as well. However this renewed mattress is so comfortable. My husband and I have been sleeping so much better at night.

Serta renewed sleep mattress

I love, love this mattress. It is tall and has a memory foam top. I have a problem with sore spots when sleeping and this has been great for that. The memory foam is so soft and you kind of just sink into the mattress as it forms around you. I definitely recommend.

After too many mornings with sore hips and back, I am sleeping soundly and waking rested with no pain

Found this mattress at a hotel and after sleeping so well those nights, just had to buy one for myself. So much better. Wish the price weren’t quite so high but sure am happy with the mattress! Had a sealy before this and it caved in at 5 years, so am sure hoping for better results.

Super comfortable

I did a lot of research on different mattress and decided to go with this one and it was best decision I’ve could of made. It’s like sleeping on a cloud it’s so comfortable.
