I need firm mattresses for support and this mattress supports very well new. I don’t know how long the firmness will last and serta did not honor the warranty with the last mattress I purchased from them when the firmness broke down before the warranty ended. The warranty issue is the reason for the lower rating.

Very firm and very comfortable!

I purchased to queen mattress sets and both are horrible. They are very uncomfortable and hurts my back and shoulders. I gave had them just one year in my Florida house. We are only in Florida 5 months out of the year so the mattresses are barely used. I wasted my money because I need to buy new mattresses because they are so uncomfortable. If I could there would be no stars checked.

Seems great so far! Only have had it for about 2 weeks now. The firmness seems perfect. Conforms to the body just right. Reasonable for the price, that’s for sure!

Love this Serta Serene Sky Firm Mattress! In the last 10 years, I fell for the hype of the new foam mattresses until my back really started to hurt. So I decided to go back to Old School Firm mattress. Firm should not be confused with “hard”. This mattress is not hard - it’s how do I say..more solid so when you lay down it doesn’t sink and you can feel the support. I am not small - about 210 pounds 5’9 - I am only 2 weeks in but I no longer wake up in the middle of the night!

Very firm and very comfortable. There’s very little movement when my big husband rolls around. Nice thick mattress. We love it.
