Starts off soft, but eventually hurts!

I love soft pillow top mattresses, but this one, if possible is TOO soft and supports nothing, I have worsened back pain and new lower back and hip pains that I never had before this mattress. Its really depressing. Soft? Yes, Pretty Yes. Supportive? NO.

I love my new mattress, it's not hard it's not soft. For delivery I received it on time and they are so nice guys.

Mattress arrived with a hole on the side It’s probably due to lack of care when it was in the truck

the men that delivered my mattress was so nice,and was very careful with removing the old and putting things in order with the new,Very nice gentleman delivery men wre very nice

Not for stomach sleepers

The mattress feels very cozy. However, I sleep on my stomach and I think this was not supportive enough. I woke up every morning with my back aching. Ended up returning.

Great mattress!

With this bed I only have to sleep with one pillow in my old bed it was two or I could not get comfortable. Very comfortable and firm. It supports your body. I haven’t had any aches or pains since sleeping in this bed. The design is beautiful also!

In Heaven

I have never slept better than I do with this mattress. I prefer softer beds and this goes above my expectations. This is probably the best mattress I have ever owned from it's great comfort level to the quality. I am in heaven.
