Disappointing Serta Mattress

I purchased the mattress in May 2021 and after 2 months, it sags in the center of the bed! I don't know if it is because of the gel memory foam or the 805 coils or outer edge design, but I've never had a mattress that did this. I don't even sleep in the center of the mattress. It's not made to flip over so I turned it around - of course that doesn't fix the problem. I feel I wasted my money on purchasing this mattress and I will never buy this brand again.

Don't buy

I can't believe the great reviews this product has. I find this mattress to be very cheap when you sit on it it sinks in when you lay on it it sinks in you can almost feel the coils or springs that are in it. I do not recommend this mattress. I will be returning it which is very costly but I am not gonna keep this mattress for the next 10 years

We bought this as a mattress for my sister’s visit, but since sitting on it we are going to buy one for our bed! So comfortable

The quality

My serta is so comfortable that I forgot that I had sleep problems. I was hot at night and I kept twisting and turing at night. But my Serta Perfect Sleeper kept me cool all night long!

It's so comfortable

I'm so happy we purchased the Sleep True Brindale 3.0 Firm Queen Mattress Set. I love how comfortable it is. It is so much better quality than our last mattress. This one doesn't make noises when you get on or off it. It is so nice and firm. We've only had it one night, but it is the best night's sleep I've had in over a year. i know Serta is a very quality brand and has very good prices. I was not disappointed. We also bought the same style mattresses in the twin size for our daughters and they are so happy too.

Inviting Look

At first glance this mattress looks so soft, with the quilted like top that is puffed. It's a very nice looking mattress that I had hoped would be one hundred percent better than my expensive one it replaced. It is an improvement, but it's not as soft as I would have liked. I was hoping with Plush in the title that it was very soft, but I think it's more like a medium/firm soft. It's not as firm as the mattress it replaced for sure, so that was a big plus, but it wasn't as soft as it looked. My old mattress would have me waking up with hip pain and shoulder pain. This mattress much improved that, without as many mornings waking up with hip pain. I think this mattress would be great for someone looking for a medium firm mattress. I had a water bed for many years, so I think that ruined me with mattresses. The expensive one that we bought first was highly recommend and had great reviews, but I hated it from day one. This mattress is definitely better. I don't hate it, but I'm not totally in love. The workmanship for this mattress is fantastic. I didn't find anything wrong with how the mattress and box springs were put together and sewed. The top is a soft puffed material that kept me cool through the night. I like to keep my bedroom on the cool side and cover up with a lot of blankets and a heated blanket. The plush top is probably about 2 inches thick. I am hoping that if I buy a mattress topper to make it softer, that will make a big difference to me. With that being said, I would recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a not too soft, but not too firm mattress. It definitely has the support needed to keep your back and hips aligned. I didn't dip down into a hole, like some other mattresses that you hear about. I didn't get jostled around when my husband came to bed either. If I were going to buy a new mattress, I would definitely look to Serta for the ideal mattress.
