Not that nice

I ordered this cooling pillow online and was excited to try it out—it looked and felt great. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had a strong, unpleasant odor. I tried spraying it with Febreze, but that didn’t help. As much as I liked the cooling feature, I just couldn’t get past the smell and had to return it.

This typically dissipates after a few days of normal use in a well ventilated environment.
