I just bought this mattress in December and it feels like it has a lot of bumps, can't sleep well.

Got for my granddaughter, since her brother got one. She liked his so I got her one also and she loves it . So comfy grandma she said. Perfect

It is comfy all over!! No aches or pains in the morning, unlike my firm mattress.
Buyer beware-comfy for a month
As a regular customer of Macy’s furniture, I looked forward to receiving this mattress. It is plush & comfortable for the 1st month. A depression started to develop in the center and on the edge where I sit to get in the bed. I tried to “even out” the depression but lean toward the center. A technician was sent out, told me I’ll get a call that day. No call, a week later I called and was told “no manufacturing defects” call back in 90 days to have another tech come out. My disappointment is compounded by the time from purchase (12/11/20) to delivery (2/12/21) no choice but to pay $100.+ for delivery for a mattress coming from a few towns away.
Plush for Restful Sleep
This is a plush ,comfortable quality mattress to replace an old Serta. Beautifully designed, extra thick and, more importantly conducive to a restful sleep Highly recommend.
Not happy with it
this mattress was great for the first month, I got It 3 months ago and it is way too soft now.
