Love my Serta

I bought this mattress 2 years ago and it is very comfortable and I have had the best sleep. Guest also love sleeping on this mattress. I would absolutely recommend this mattress.

Never Again!

2 years in, and we somehow roll into a deep abyss in the middle of the bed. We tried a mattress topper, and still get sucked into the middle of the bed. Worse mattress I’ve ever purchased. Don’t do it!

We recommend filing a warranty claim in this situation. You should be able to do so by reaching out to your original purchasing store and advising them that you would like to open a warranty claim. Shouldve listened

So i was attracted to this mattress due to the 14.5 inches of it. It appeared comfy. I read the reviews and saw the negative reviews, I saw the warnings, but decided to buy anyways to see for myself. And yes they bad reviews are true. The mattress sinks in way too quickly. Sitting on the edge of it or laying flat on it, it just sinks. Waaaaaaay to fluffy. And trust me i love a soft mattress, but this aint it. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. i should’ve listened. Its ok temporarily, but not for long term.

Terrible warranty service

This is the worst mattress. I purchased 2 at the same time. One is doing fine, the second one on both sides it is sleeping in a whole. Both mattresses have adults weighing about the same. Macy said there was not enough of a defect to cover it by warranty. I will never purchase from Macy’s again

Per the terms of our limited warranty, any impression over 1 1/2" on an innerspring unit mattress and 3/4" on an all foam mattress is considered a manufacturing defect. Plush and Awesome

Just like the description says, this mattress is Ultra Plush. If you want to sleep on a cloud with little or no pressure points on your body, this is for you. I love it and it's amazing. I don't understand why people buy an ultra plush mattress and then complain it's too soft. I just love it! I bought a queen and then a second one in the twin size. I just love it!!!!

The mattress is soft and I have to keep flipping it the worst mistake purchasing this mattress. Very uncomfortable. When they say you get what you pay for they aint never lied. So disappointed.

The mattress needs more support it is very cheaply made
