Broken heel

Heel broke after first time wearing. Couldn't even return

Weak heal , not steady

Bought 3 pair and they are all the same not made of good quality. The glue is coming off bad quality.

Very Disappointed, not even 1 start.heel broke.

I waited for the shoes with illusion, they arrived a couple of days ago and today I put them on and to walk from my house to the car, the heel broke, and I almost fell. How is it possible that Macy's employees did not notice that before sending them?

they look different in person, low quality shoe. unstable when walking, returned immediately after trying on.

Defective!

Shoes are on sale because they're defective. The shoe fits small by 1/2 size. The heel begins to wobble has your walking (inward) and heat is created inside the shoe. The clear portion fogs on the side of the shoe. Overall wore it once and definitely heading to Macy's for a return.

Cheaply made

Uncomfortable shoe. Heat made. No stability in the shoe. Clear top cuts into skin. Cute shoe but not very comfortable.
