Substantially smaller than pictured

This photo showed the quilt nearly reaching the floor. The king-sized quilt I received did not even cover the top mattress, leaving the box spring entirely exposed! Why can’t the linen industry make a king-sized mattress that actually fits a standard bed size. Everyone does not have a cheapo foam mattress that comes in a box!

Wrong product

I hate it when I order one thing and get a completely different product. I got the wrong size as well as the wrong color. Now I need to know if I’ll be able to get it changed while I’m overseas 🤦🏻‍♀️
