Telling it as it is.

Brought this upright vac to replace our previous Shark model that had lasted us nearly 10 years. So far only a couple of complaints. First one is the curved part of the suction tube handle. Both this one and the previous model are curved like this and if you get a kids toy or something jammed up there. You pretty much have to fully take the handle apart to unclog this area. I haven’t had to on this new vacuum, but if it’s the same as the previous models. It’s probably not easy if your not mechanical minded. Only other negative is the power cord could be 2 to 3 metres longer than it currently is. Apart from that, best brands of vacuum cleaners we’ve ever owned.
