Battery stopped holding a charge within 6 months, and I cannot find warranty. Nothing but problems with shark products. Do not purchase

Amazing

This is an amazing vacuum! I love how it empties itself and my long hair from the floor doesn't seem to get stuck in the rollers! Have only used couple of times; so, I hope it lasts as long as my last Shark!

Excellent and best vacuum I have owned

I had previously only used the Dyson line of vacuums. However after repeated issues because of difficulty cleaning with their filter systems, I ordered the PowerDetect Clean and Empty vacuum. I am SO impressed with the power of this vacuum. It is the most expensive Shark Cordless vacuum cleaner. The ease of cleaning (overall) the vacuum and how well it vacuums is EXCELLENT. And not even close to the costs of the Dyson. Have had it 3 months so I have tested well..: a true Shark fan now

very low battery life

I just bought this vacuum yesterday and I'm not overly impressed with it for what i paid, i have a very small house and couldnt finish my house on one vacuum session, my battery only last 15 minutes on boost mode. This vacuum would be great if it had a better battery life, but I am very disappointed in how much I paid for such little battery life.

Purchase this vacuum!!

I have a vacuum that was supposed to be one of the best. That vacuum pales in comparison to my new Shark vacuum. I am so happy with my purchase. My carpets and area rugs are so clean now!

Best Ever

My favorite vacuum ever. I've had Dyson, Miele...and this is the best from the suction power to the battery life. It's very effective, and the 'self cleaning' bin is wonderful.

BATTERY DONT LAST

Bought this Shark vacuum expecting years of cordless convenience. Performance was solid early on (strong suction, easy to maneuver), but the battery failed after 8 months. I contacted Shark support and was told I could get a new battery if I covered shipping costs. For a premium-priced product, I shouldn’t be paying extra to fix what seems like a premature battery failure. If you’re considering this model, be aware of the short battery life and that warranty “help” may still cost you shipping. I regret the purchase.
