Hoped for better

I used this suitcase for the 1st time on a 3 day trip recently. It was scratched in several spots and the zipper hook widened which caused the piece to come off, and I'm not sure how long this suitcase would last. I like the compartments and how lightweight it is as I purchased the silver color.
