DISAPPOINTED

This is a 20 inch carry-on. It is not 22 inches as described on Macy’s website. The manufacturer’s tag also states it is a 20 inch carry-on.

Nice piece of luggage. Only returned because I found a piece cheaper with a better warranty. I do have a 21” carry on by this company. Only issue was trying to return at Macys. One lady was saying I couldn’t return it through them even though it said I could

Luggage

I purchase this luggage to travel and was not able to use it as the security lock was still in place. I had to take it into the store upon my return to have the tag removed.
