The heater/massager is nice but, I think it’s bulky to get in place or back off. I wish it did more to help my neck. Sometimes I just want heat, but it seems I need to have both. I wish I would have tried a few different ones on. It’s a good unit, but I am not completely happy with it.
Works wonders
I enjoyed using this heated neck and back wrap. It fit comfortably around me and I felt wonderful relief from using it. The massage levels were on point and soon I was very relaxed.

A giant heating pad.
This produce was just okay, in my opinion. Even with the snaps and belt secured, this just doesn’t have a tight enough connection to my shoulders or neck to really do very much. While it is comfortable to wear, and definitely works as a heating element, it doesn’t do much in the way of massaging the area. I would say this is more like a very fancy heating pad than anything else.

Comfort and relaxation
This is perfect for pain and soreness relief. It has heat therapy and vibration massages. You can have both on or just use one. It has adjustable heat levels and 5 massage modes. I use this every night and also had a 30 minute timer setting that has auto shut off because sometimes it will put you to sleep.

Great for loosening up some tightness!
We have used this multiple times a week since we got it. It’s warms up nicely, and the vibration is middle range. It doesn’t hit the neck part as well as I would’ve liked, but it’s safe and works well for upper back area.

Relaxing
After using this back massage pain reliever for the past couple weeks, I've noticed it has helped relieve my muscle tension. It has been slowly going away. Also, It's not too hot and feel comfortable.

Not as great as I’d hoped
I received this neck wrap with heat and massage free to try out and was pretty excited about it. I already have a heated neck wrap, so the massage was something I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, I found it to be loud and uncomfortable, without many options to change up the massage. The heat was nice but the massage part was a let down, unfortunately.

Very Nice & Effective - Could Be Warmer
After spending all day on Saturday and Sundays hunched over a laptop working on homework, my husband will usually plus this wrap in and wear it in the evenings during our downtime. He says it’s comfortable, adjustable, relaxing, and finds it effective to loosen the tension in the back on his neck. He does wish this wrap would get a tad warmer like a heating pad would, but overall thinks it’s a great product and uses it just about every weekend.
