The pictures online do not show how beautiful the furniture is! I bought the flax color of the three-piece couch that has two recliners and this sofa is absolutely beautiful 120 inches long and the faux leather looks so real and is very well-made. I also purchased three Manuel rocker recliners and found out they also swivel too, which was not on the ad. The most important part of the purchase was the comfort of this furniture, spring seat support. All of it is so comfortable!!! And if you have back problems, this is the furniture for you!!! We all look at reviews before we buy, and once you read my review, you shouldn’t have any doubts, Buy it!!!

I can't contain my excitement! My sectional arrived on June 13, 2025, and let me tell you, the experience was fantastic! The delivery driver showed up right on time and even gave me a call beforehand, which was super helpful. I was a bit anxious about the color since I ordered online, but once they brought it in, I was blown away! The color is absolutely stunning—better than I could've imagined!

I initially hesitated to purchase furniture online, but seeing the pieces come together has been truly rewarding. I'm thrilled with my new sofa! The delivery team, especially Will, exemplified dedication and care in assembling each piece, ensuring the recliners worked perfectly. This thoughtful approach transformed my experience into something memorable! In addition, the customer service team is excellent. Since my purchase, I have received two price adjustments. Macy's will be my preferred store for future furniture purchases.

We ordered the glider and received the wrong product 2 times! It was a waste of one month going back and forth with Macy. By the third attempt they told us the glider is out of stock. The whole purchasing and delivery experience was horrible. I will not be purchasing furniture again from Macy.
