Not worth it, dries skin

After 30 days of using this face moisturizer I noticed my skin getting drier. It started itching and feeling dry, which I’ve never experienced before. My husband is having a similar reaction. Too late to return now.

Double charge

This order was double charged on the gift card I used. I emailed Macys gift card claim email address on Jan.1, but no one has responded yet. It’s been over a week already! When Macys cares about the product you carry, please also take care customer services, especially its related to your order fulfillment when it is double charged. Can kindly someone help please?

Never received it

Never received it. Tried reaching out to customer support but never heard back. The only tracking information I received was for 1 of the 3 items I ordered, I received that 1 item I had tracking on but not the other 2 items. It’s a shame this was expensive and a Christmas gift.
