Shiseido is very rude to life-long customers

Why did you discontinue this? With no warning? Used it for at least 30 years.

My Favorite Shiseido cleanser discontinued

Oh no! Shiseido Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam was the best cleanser ever! Why, oh why, did they discontinue it? I went to buy it for Christmas gifts and see it was replaced. Big mistake!! This ruined my Christmas.

I used it for shaving. The best!!! Sorry they discontinued it.
