I use my eyelash curler every day, and it works well. I wish you provided the refills in larger quantities than 2 per pack and in stores instead of only online.

Maybe it's me
I think I may have unusually shaped lids/lashes, because I haven't found a curler that gets all my lashes in one try. I have to do part, then move it to get the rest. I also have to be careful not to get any skin "caught." But this does a good job of curling.

Love this product
I had switched to a different brand and it lasted all of three months and did not work anywhere close to the Shiseido brand! Very happy with my purchase and will never switch again!

Perfect!
I couldn't use my eyelash curler anymore with these old baggy eyes, so I took a chance based on reviews and ordered this and I am glad I did, it is shaped just right for my ancient eyes and now I have curly lashes again!

Wouldn't Recommend
I watched online reviews before ordering, and other buyers received a pouch to keep their curler clean and well cared for. I guess they don't give you these anymore?? I don't really agree with the reviews I've seen either. The curler still pinches my eye lids and doesn't help my lashes hold a curl. They straighten out within seconds of me curling them. Overall, I'm disappointed that something that costs this much didn't work for me.
