The third purchase doesnt curl my lashes

The first two I purchased worked great. They curled my lashes with ease. I misplaced the second one and my first one broke after a year of use. The third one I purchased does not curl my lashes. Its defective and annoying. I spent all this money on it and purchased extra eyelash curler pads. Can I have a new one or get my money back? I purchased it June 2025.

The best Eyelash curler I've ever owned.

No joke. This is the best Eyelash curler I've ever owned. I was always skeptical about the reviews. But actually heard about it from my daughter who owns one. And yes, she and the reviews were right. It's darn good.

I use my eyelash curler every day, and it works well. I wish you provided the refills in larger quantities than 2 per pack and in stores instead of only online.

Maybe it's me

I think I may have unusually shaped lids/lashes, because I haven't found a curler that gets all my lashes in one try. I have to do part, then move it to get the rest. I also have to be careful not to get any skin "caught." But this does a good job of curling.

You're Worth It

I don't wear makeup, but I bought this for my super picky daughter. It's pricier, but worth it. I bought her other brands, but she complained until this one. It's all good!
