I love this cleanser! When I use it my face looks brighter and more clear. Also, my skin is very sensitive and it doesn't make my face itch like other cleansers usually do. I also love the way it smells.

Wonderful Product

I have used this product along with the brightening refining softener and the brightening moisturizing emulstion for a couple years now. When I first started using these products people noticed how my skin appeared more radiant. I noticed how smooth my skin was. 2 years later at age 40, I still receive complements on how radiant my skin looks.

Great Product

It is a good face wash for whitening the skin and I brought the whole set from this line. It works well on me. My skin tone turns brighter on each time of use.

I always thought this Shiseido is more expensive, but after I use it, I think it totally works and worth. It helps cleanse my face and purify too.

5 year favorite

I have been using this for the last five years since I discovered it. love the smell and the way it makes my face feel: fresh and clean, and brighter too! im not sure if it's the ingredients that make my face feel brighter or the fact that my face feels so good afterwards that make it brighter, but i like it. i have on occassion tried some other facial cleansers, just to be sure, and can't help but compare them to this cleanser; i always end up coming back to this.

My favorite make-up remover. It is quick, non-oily product. The best for acne skin type, it does not causes acnes.
